James Francis Interiors was born from a deep love of home, family, and transformation.
I’m Rachel Kiss, a wife, a mother of three, and a real estate professional serving both California and Nevada. Home is everything to me. It’s where life unfolds, where children grow, where conversations happen late into the night. That belief is the foundation of my design work.
With a background in real estate and years of hands-on experience transforming properties, I see homes not only for what they are, but for what they can become. My approach blends elevated design with warmth, creating spaces that feel refined yet lived-in, beautiful yet deeply personal. I believe a home should feel exciting and inspiring, but also grounded, comfortable, and welcoming.
Beyond design and real estate, community matters deeply to me. I am passionate about giving back and partnering with nonprofit organizations whenever possible. Building beautiful spaces is meaningful, but building meaningful connections is what truly lasts.
